About Us
Who We Are
New Sarepta Gardens is small... mostly because we're not big. If you know us, you know Mika and I (mostly Mika) grow amazing tomato seedlings (among other things)!
Mika seeds them in our house in March. They are then taken into the greenhouse in the middle of March. Every nice day after that, every tomato baby gets walked outside and placed under direct sunlight in a slight breeze to ensure they're strong and healthy. EVERY ONE OF 1,000 SEEDLINGS.
We offer a lot of different varieties of tomato (and other vegetables and flowers), many you've never even heard of. Scroll through our list and see which type you like, and as about other vegetables and flowers when you visit.
Mika Loves her babies
Mika really loves her plant babies. She's out our greenhouse every day... all day... making sure every one of them is healthy & happy. You have to see her shuttling heavy seedling trays into the sun every morning and back into the greenhouse at bedtime to believe anyone puts that much energy into growing plants for other people.
